It is a stunningly beautiful and fabulous hotel with astonishing view over the valley. Overall the room is reasonably large, stylish and includes a well stocked fridge and terrace. The large bed, best I've ever slept in...

I booked a suite, it was individual and had climate control, a safe box, and a mini-bar...
Even though everything was good, some of the staff were a little slow.

The room was well-designed and spotless, had a beautiful view over the valley. Booked it for £ 5902. The location was magnificent and particularly good, next to a river snaking the valley below, restaurant and top a cliff. Apart from that, Kart City Ltd was 15 minutes away by driving. The private parking was outside, terrific service. Took advantage of wake up service and ironing, they were free of charge.

The service is legit top-notch and the vibes are all about luxury without being all in your face. You can munch on a homemade rusk with your java fix before hitting up the game drive with your ranger. And yo, they're doing some crazy cool conservation stuff to protect the Waterberg Biosphere. Whether you're on a honeymoon or just want a romantic escape, this spot is legit perfect. And it's only a 3-hour drive from Jo'burg, in a malaria-free game reserve.
The only thing that would make this place even sicker for young party animals like us would be some lit party events or a banging pool party scene. It's already super chill and perfect for kicking back, but it would be next level if they threw in some turnt-up activities for the young and wild crew.

I absolutely loved the beautiful and romantic decoration throughout the lodge. From the individualized table decorations to the carefully selected dining locations, everything exuded romance and elegance. It created such a special atmosphere for our anniversary celebration. The general areas of the hotel were also very accessible for senior people like myself. The staff was always there to assist and ensure that I felt comfortable and at ease.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and responsive to our needs. Sometimes it seemed like they were a bit too busy and not as focused on providing the best service for us seniors.
